Grapes from the eastern edge of Rosalina Vineyards are pressed and blended with “free run” juice sourced from premium grapes from our Russian River Valley neighbors in Sonoma County, California. The “free run” juice delivers the essence and purity of the grape while a percentage of pressed juice adds structure and complexity.
