Cool summer nights and morning fog render natural acidity and balance to the lovely fruit grown on this site. We harvest fruit earlier when flavors mature, pH is low, and acidity is bright. Natural winemaking using native yeast strains, temperature-controlled fermentation, and minimal intervention allow place, varietal, and vintage to shine.

Elegant and beautifully balanced, this Pinot Noir has aromas of ripe cherry, savory herbs, with earthy and mineral tones. The palate has a silky mouthfeel, soft tannins and a long, mouthwatering finish. Classic Russian River character with Burgundian overtones. Lovely now but patience rewards with 5+ years of cellaring.

Made from 70% “free run” juice and 30% press fruit from Pommard vines on the eastern edge of Rosalina Vineyard. Free run juice is clean, bright, and flavorful with little to no tannin from skin contact. Always a clear view into the quality of the vintage. Native yeast fermented in 100% stainless steel. A top quality, dry Rosé!
